This project was created for the Dutch “Boekenweek” which promotes the reading of books in the Netherlands. The books are all completely created in 3D. The faces were re-created from photography and in case of Vincent van Gogh from paintings. After this the models were split up in different page segments and the text was added.
The texts shown in the books are actual texts from quotes or biographies of the specific persons. In case of Anne Frank it was a sample from her famous diary.
